  • Domain-based license verification data
  • Terms of service acceptance: version, timestamp and IP address

Personal data is used for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring service security (monitoring login attempts)
  • Providing cloud storage for registered users
    • Managing domain-based licenses
  • Improving the service based on usage data
  • Communicating service changes

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing of personal data is based on:

  • Performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) — creating a user account and providing the service requires processing certain personal data.
  • Legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) — ensuring service security and improving the service based on usage data.
  • Legal obligation (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)) — documenting acceptance of terms of service.

5. Data Retention

  • User account and related data: until account deletion, then 30 days
  • Session data: 30 days
  • Login attempts: 90 days
  • Usage data (analytics): 2 years
  • Terms acceptance records: retained permanently for legal purposes

6. Data Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties, except where required by law.

We use the following service providers for data processing:

  • Neon (PostgreSQL) — database hosting within the EU
  • Resend — sending transactional emails
  • Google OAuth — optional sign-in method. Google shares the user‘s name and email address with etFrame during sign-in solely for the purpose of creating a user account.

All personal data is stored and processed within the European Union.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access — request to view the data stored about you
  • Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data (account deletion in account settings)
  • Data portability — download your data in JSON format from account settings
  • Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Restriction — request restriction of processing in certain circumstances

We use cookies for the following purposes:
